The Mother of Peace Lariat is made with beautiful freshwater pearls and genuine turquoise on a leather cord. Turquoise was chosen because is it is a stone of protection; beautiful and strong, yet soothing to the touch. Pearls were selected because they are a healing gem; stimulating purity, honesty and feminine wisdom. The pearl also represents the womb; the place of creation and new life.  It is the gem of the Mother.  The charms on the necklace have been blessed at Medjugorje or Guadalupe where there have been, and still are, reports of Mary’s appearances.
